Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Creatine Today mobile application ("the App"), developed by Aniol Comas. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to use the AI Coach feature described in Section 4.

2. Description of the App

Creatine Today is a supplement tracking tool that helps you log your daily creatine intake, set reminders, and monitor your supplementation routine. Optional Pro features include additional tracking tools and an AI-powered coaching chat ("AI Coach"). The App is intended for informational and tracking purposes only.

3. Health Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice. All information presented in the App — including dosage suggestions, loading phase calculations, educational content, and AI Coach responses — is for informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen or making changes to your health routine.

4. AI Coach

The AI Coach is an optional Pro-only feature that generates responses using a large language model ("LLM") operated by Anthropic PBC. By using the AI Coach, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI-generated content. Responses are produced by an automated system. They may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent across sessions. Do not rely on AI Coach output for any decision with health, financial, or legal consequences without independent verification.
• Not a substitute for a professional. The AI Coach is not a doctor, dietitian, trainer, or pharmacist. It cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or evaluate your individual medical situation. For any question touching medication interactions, pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, organ health, or physical symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
• Data processing. Each time you send a message, your conversation and a structured summary of your profile, supplement stack, and progress are transmitted to Anthropic via our secure Cloud Function. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the AI Coach you consent to that processing.
• Fair use. The AI Coach is subject to a daily message limit (currently 50 messages per user per day) to prevent abuse and manage cost. We may adjust this limit at any time. We may suspend or revoke your access to the AI Coach if we reasonably believe you are abusing the service, attempting to extract the underlying model prompt, or violating these Terms, with or without notice and without refund beyond what Apple's refund policy provides.
• Prohibited use. When using the AI Coach you must not: (a) attempt to jailbreak, circumvent, or extract the system prompt or safety rules; (b) submit personal data about any third party, minors' data, or regulated medical records; (c) use outputs to build a competing service or to train another AI model; (d) submit content that is illegal, harassing, or that infringes on any third party's rights; or (e) present AI Coach output as professional medical advice to another person.
• Ownership. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the messages you submit. We do not claim ownership of AI Coach responses generated for you, but they are provided "as is" without warranty. Anthropic's terms also apply to the underlying model's outputs.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase to unlock Pro features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

6. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute or make the App available to third parties in any unauthorized manner.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All supplement and tracking data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Aniol Comas and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: (a) health outcomes based on information provided in the App; (b) decisions made in reliance on AI Coach responses, which are generated automatically by a third-party large language model and may be inaccurate; (c) service interruptions, rate-limit enforcement, or downtime affecting the AI Coach; or (d) loss of locally stored data following uninstallation or device reset.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
